Shipping from Lithuania

Items will be shipped from Lithuania (European Union). The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 1 to 3 weeks.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping option.

COURIER Delivery - 3-5 business days:
Non-Europe countries - sheet & duvet sets will be shipped via courier delivery by default. For other items you can select express option at checkout. It is important to provide your phone number in the "Note" field.
Buyers from Russian Federation have standard shipping option only.

ECONOMY Delivery - 5-8 days:
European countries - duvets, sheets and their sets will be shipped via Economy (courier shipping). It is important to provide your phone number in the "Note" field.

STANDARD Delivery:
Items up to 1,5 kg will be shipped via registered priority mail with a tracking number - shipping time 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-5 weeks to the rest world.

GENERAL TIPS ON WASHING LINEN
• Machine washable in warm - 104°F/40°C – temperature.
• Select the max. water level in the washing machine. Do not overcrowd it with items.
• Use a mild detergent and make sure it is completely rinsed from the linen.
• Traditional softeners may not work well on linen fabric, better use natural flax softening method by adding 1/2 cup of baking soda or 1 cup of vinegar to the wash.
• Tumble dry at low or mild heat.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not dry clean.
• Ironing is not recommended.
• Stretch lace by hand when linen is still wet.
Linen dries fast, its already softened and will not shrink further. It gets softer and better with each wash and use. Enjoy!

Colors of linen fabric

Natural linen fabric - natural grey or off-white - is dye-free linen, which differ in tone year from year. Natural grey maybe more or less brownish, darker or lighter; and off-white fabric maybe more or less ivory; striped - the natural grey stripes can be lighter or darker.
Yarn-dyed linen fabric - its hard to get an exact color in pictures, especially of melange linen, as it catches unexpected shades in different positions and lights.

If it's important the same tones and shades, please order the sets (duvet sets or sheet sets) or purchase several items in one order.

The actual colors (but not exact) you may check by ordering fabric samples.

Free shipping and returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee.
All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 15% of the cost of the item but no less than 10$.
If returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions for silk fabric

Care of Silk Fabric:
- Might be hand or machine washed at 30°C / 86°F   by using ONLY detergents for silk; wash on gentle cycle.
- Do not use bleach additives, softeners.
- Wash the similar color products together.
- Do not shake wet fabric and do not dry it in an automatic dryer.
- Dry away for direct sunlight.Iron inside out, use a cool iron setting.
- Silk fibre is weakened by sweat, direct sunlight, cosmetics and alcohol.
- The maximum shrinkage maybe 3%.
- Can be chemically wet or dry cleaned, but the traces of chemicals left in the fibre may damage it or cause allergy.

How to whiten and soften the linen

Baking soda and white vinegar are the best natural choices for whitening off-white linen, as well as making linen bedding softer.
I have tried this on my off-white bedding and can assure that it works:
- Add a 1/2 cup of baking soda to the drum of the washing machine. I have added washing detergent too. Then add white vinegar to the softener dosing cup (special drawer of the washing machine).
- Start washing at 104°F/40°C temperature.
- Tumble at low temperature.
Soda and vinegar will do their work without mixing up, as vinegar gets released later in the washing cycle through the softener dosing drawer.
Another great solution for whitening - dry your linen bedding outside in direct sunlight.
